NFL Jabber 3/9/07

Tell Me this picture doesn't hurt if your a Saints fan. Horn's signing with the Falcons is official. "This is my last hurrah," said Horn, who in his 11-year career has 576 catches for 8,501 yards — more than any Falcons' player in franchise history. "I want to go out with a bang, not only with Georgia's Super Bowl but also contributing to this team and this community. I want to be able to say I gave it my all and we one a championship together. It's a sweet feeling that some have experienced in this league and I want to experience it with my teammates here."

Speaking of Saints and WR's, they brought Lafayette native, Brandon Stokley in for a visit.

They Seahawks signed saftey Deon Grant to a huge deal. After the Kerney signing they have released Grant Wistrom.

After a flying start out of the gate of free agency, the Niners are ready to slow down and focus on the draft.

The Bucs are the latest team to be in the rumor mill for a trade for Randy Moss.

Frank Gore's agent, Drew Rosenhaus is trying to work a new deal for the young star back.
"Obviously, [contract talks for Gore have] to heat up after where the market has gone the past week for running backs," Rosenhaus said. All three deals were worth at least $20 million. The pacts were among 14 Rosenhaus negotiated or restructured for players in the last week. You'd like to think that a deal for Frank is imminent."
