NFL Jabber 3/11/07

Pacman Jones cannot go bowling with out trouble. A blade wielding maniac (okay, it was a pocket knife and the guy was likely a drunk Titan fan) threatened to beat and cut the Titans nominee for Outstanding Citizen.

The Cardinals gave five-years, $15 million to CB Roderick Hood, formally of the Philadelphia Hoods.

A public art tribute in Green Bay honored Reggie White this weekend. There is some new scenery at the corner of Reggie White Way and Lombardi Avenue.

Brian Allee-Walsh of The Times Picayune feels very strongly about free agency being the worst time of year.

Adalius Thomas impressed Bob Craft with his business savvy ways. "He knew we were in the paper and packaging business and told us he owns quite a bit of land in Alabama, where we do a fair amount of business," said Kraft. "He wanted to know if we wanted to work the land and buy wood from him. My first thought was, 'This guy is on the ball."

Sean Mahan is the latest Steelers signing. The O-Lineman was awarded five-years, $17 million.
