NFL Jabber 3/14/07

In case anyone forgot, Lance Briggs reminded people yesterday that he does not intend to ever play for the Bears again.

The Four-year deal that Kevin Kaesviharn signed with the Saints is worth $10 million.

"I just felt like it was a great situation," Kaesviharn said. "The team is up and coming . . . Well, I shouldn't say up and coming. They've established something great with Coach (Sean) Payton. When I visited with him, I believed everything he said. We're here to compete and do something great."

So the talk of Randy Moss to the Packers is continuing. Now there is another name involved though. Ben Maller at Fox Sports says that a source indicated that DE Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila or Corey Williams could appeal to the Raiders.

Ken Whisenhunt has bought himself a home in Chandler, AZ.

The Raiders signed depth on the O-Line by having Chad Slaughter stick around.

TE Doug Jolly is going to Charlotte to visit the Panthers.

The Broncos have re-signed DE Kenny Patterson.
